IT-ticket system:

In order to streamline IT-support requests and better serve you, we
utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a
unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and
responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and
history of all your support requests. A valid Bio5 user name as well as a
password is required to submit a ticket. To respond a ticket you have
to login to the Ticket System. E-mail replies will not be forwarded to
the ticket system. In very urgent and difficult cases consider a look at
the FAQ section of the Sirius Cybernetics Corporation Complaints Department. Share and enjoy.
